Welcome to QList. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using qlist.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services
Services Provided
QList provides a web-based platform for:
- QR code generation (dynamic and static)
- QR code tracking and analytics
- QR code campaign and source management
- HTML form email forwarding, with spam protection and a submission history
We reserve the right to
modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or
without notice.
User Accounts
To access full features of the platform, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete
information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials
confidential and secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect
any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the
right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
By using QList, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for
illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Create QR codes that
link to malware, phishing content, or offensive material.
- Use form forwarding to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful content.
- Collect personal data through your QR codes or forms without a lawful basis or without informing the people concerned.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform or its
services.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
We
reserve the right to remove content or block access if these rules
are violated.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site (except for user-generated QR codes and
URLs) is the intellectual property of FRISEMA d.o.o.,
including but not limited to:
- Branding and logo
- Source
code
- Platform design and UX
You may not copy,
modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written
consent.
Data Collection & Privacy
By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes IP addresses and timestamps collected when users interact with QR codes.
Your Visitors' Data (QR Scans and Form Submissions)
When people scan your QR codes or submit your forms, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. We process it only to provide the service and on your instructions: to redirect visitors, record scans (IP address, time, device and approximate location), store form submissions and your settings, show them to you, and forward submissions by email or, if you link a chat, by Telegram. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for informing the people concerned, and for the content of your forms. We use the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy and protect the data as described there. If you need a signed data processing agreement, email info@qlist.io.
Disclaimer of Warranty
QList is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not
guarantee that the platform will be:
- Error-free or
uninterrupted
- Suitable for a specific purpose
- Free
from harmful code or viruses
Use the service at your own
risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRISEMA d.o.o.
shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential
damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our
total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the
12 months prior to the incident.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate
these Terms
- Use the platform in a way that could harm others
or the system
- Fail to respond to requests related to misuse
or legal concerns
Upon termination, your access will be
revoked, but your QR code data may still be stored in accordance
with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the website or email. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
